We are glad to inform you that the online scientific symposium “Al-Farabi: his life and legacy”, dedicated to the celebration of 1150th anniversary of birth of the Great Scientist, will be held on July 17, 2020. The symposium will be organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in UK, Oxford Center for Islamic Studies and Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

Taking into account the difference in the speakers’ time zones the event will start at 2:00 pm London time (19:00 Nur-Sultan time). The working language of the event is English.
