In 1996, he graduated from the Khoja Ahmed Yasawi University in Turkestan. In 1999, he received a Master’s degree from the Institute of Social Sciences of Ankara University. In 2003, he defended his doctoral dissertation on “The philosophy of Khoja Ahmed and its place in the history of the Turkic worldview”. From 1998 to 2003, he was the editor-in-chief of the socio-cultural and scientific journal of youth of Kazakhstan “Zhelmaya” in Turkey. In 2003-2007, he held various positions at the International Kazakh-Turkish University. Author of numerous translations, monographs, and articles on Islamic and Turkic medieval philosophy.
