In 2001, he graduated with honors from the South Kazakhstan Humanitarian Academy with a degree in Arabic language and Literature. Graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2010) and the international program “Bolashak” (2013). Author of numerous translations of Al-Farabi’s works from Arabic into Kazakh. |
