On October 14, 2022, the International Scientific and Practical Conference
“PHILOSOPHY: SCIENCE AND VOCATION”, dedicated to the 65th anniversary
of the prominent statesman and public figure, Kazakh scientist, Doctor of
Philosophy, Professor Telebayev Gaziz Turysbekovich will be hosted in Almaty.
The conference is organized by the Department of Philosophy, the Department of
Religious Studies and Cultural Studies and the Al-Farabi Center of the Faculty of
Philosophy and Political Science of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, the
Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies of the CS MES
RK, Kazakhstan Philosophical Congress.
The purpose of the conference is to analyze the traditions of Turkic and
Kazakh philosophy, to identify new approaches to the study of the world history of
philosophy and modern philosophical research, to study the problems of ethno-
religious identity in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The event, which will be held online/offline, will be attended by scientists
from near and far abroad countries, Turkic countries, prominent representatives of
the humanitarian sphere of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
